Solfeggio Frequencies

The Solfeggio Frequencies are a set of nine tones believed to have healing properties and the ability to align the mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in sacred ancient traditions, these frequencies were rediscovered in the 1970s by Dr. Joseph Puleo, who identified them within the Bible’s Book of Numbers. They were originally used in Gregorian chants and are regarded as carrying profound spiritual and therapeutic significance.

The following is an overview of each of the nine Solfeggio Frequencies, including a brief summary of their benefits and historical associations.

You can listen to all of the frequencies via the play buttons for each, and can also listen to each within the Solfeggio Frequency Chart to compare different tones to see which resonant most with you.

Frequency Entrainment

At Being Well, we utilize the 9 Solfeggio Frequencies through Frequency Entrainment within specific Energy tool designs. This practice commonly involves introducing specific frequencies within the tools during the post-production phase in a professional audio engineering studio using physical connections via frequency generators, or exposure using isolated high-quality audio.

Frequency Entrainment is a complex topic; however, in simple terms, it is the process of imparting the attributes of a specific frequency within copper’s crystalline lattice structure, therefore allowing it to serve as a carrier of the stable vibrational signature associated with the positive energetic qualities of the given frequencies.

This results in a highly distinct energetic profile whereby the emitted energetic field is tuned for focused use cases such as meditation, chakra alignment, energetic clearing, emotional balance work, and much more.

In addition to the 9 Solfeggio Frequencies, we also commonly use entrainment references including 432 Hz for natural resonance, 7.83 Hz Schumann Resonance baseline, and other related beneficial frequencies.
